At Gogobot.ai, we aim to provide clear and fair refund terms for the credit-based AI travel planning service we offer. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing credits.

1. Free First Trip

Your first trip generated using Gogobot.ai is completely free of charge, allowing you to explore our platform without any financial commitment.

2. Paid Credits

Each additional trip requires 1 credit. Credits are priced at ₹10 each and can be purchased through our secure payment gateway.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available only for unused credits purchased within the last 7 days.
• Credits that have already been used to generate a trip itinerary are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for purchases made using promotional offers or discounts.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@gogobot.ai with your registered email, payment details, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of use.
