1. AI Trip Planner Service

Gogobot.ai uses advanced AI technology to generate personalized travel itineraries based on your preferences. These itineraries are recommendations only and do not guarantee bookings or travel arrangements.

2. Credit System

• Your first trip generated by Gogobot.ai is free and does not require a credit.
• Each additional trip requires 1 credit to access.
• Each credit costs ₹10 and can be purchased securely via our payment gateway.
• Credits are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded once used.

3. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through PayU with industry-standard encryption. By purchasing credits, you authorize Gogobot.ai to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your payment details directly.

Refunds are only available for unused credits and subject to our refund policy. Please contact support for assistance.

4. Limitations & Responsibility

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date travel plans, real-world conditions such as transportation delays, availability changes, or safety advisories may impact your trip. Always verify critical information with official sources before travel.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms.
